Turkish Meat Pie "Chi Borek" is delicious Turkish savory pie. uncooked meat filling is fried inside a dough. It comes out very crunchy after fried. It is a famous street food in Turkey.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp grape vinegar
1 tsp salt
close to 1 cup water
about 3 cups all purpose flour (or little more)
For the filling:
250gr. minced meat
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
about 4-5 tbsp water
Vegetable oil for frying
