2 1/2 sheets of phyllo dough

For the filling;
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 tomato
100 g sausage
200 g mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

To coat;
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs

To fry;
Oil
