There is no need to get your hands dirty or roll out the dough. Here comes a recipe for a super quick and easy Lavash Bread Pizza! ???? It is a thin-crust pizza topped with pepper, pepperoni, corn, and black olives. The perfect weeknight meal! ????????????

You'll need

2 pieces lavash bread
2 tbp tomato sauce
200 g mozzarella cheese
4-5 slices pepperoni
1 green pepper
1 tbsp canned corn
1 tbsp black olives

Here's how

Place one of the lavash bread on the countertop. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.
Place the second lavash bread on top and spread tomato sauce over it, covering the entire surface. At this stage, you can also use ajvar sauce or your preferred pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese again over the tomato sauce and arrange your chosen toppings. We used sucuk (Turkish pepperoni), green pepper, olives, and corn. Adjust the ingredients according to your taste.
Lastly, you can place tomatoes in the center of the pizza.
Bake the lavash pizza in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 15 minutes.
Once the time is up, your lavash pizza is ready to be served. Enjoy!
