Directions
Step 1:
For the dough, in the bowl of a heavy-duty mixer, place yeast and sugar. Blend with mixer on low and let yeast activate for around 5 minutes. Add vegetable oil, an egg white, sparking water, flour and beat on medium for 3 minutes. The dough will be soft and unsticky. Cover the dough up with plastic wrap and let the yeast work for around an hour
Step 2:
Roll and twist it and give knot shape Spread some olive paste Brush egg yolk on tops You can garnish with black cumin Let the yeast work for around 15 minutes
Step 4:
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, in 200 C (390 F) pre-heated oven

-1 egg (white for the dough, yolk for brushing on top)
-1 tbs dry yeast
-2 tbs sugar
-2 tsp salt
-5 cups flour
