You'll need

2 kg raw milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt

Here's how

Begin by pouring the raw milk into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Once the milk starts boiling, continue to boil for an additional 15 minutes.
Squeeze the lemon juice over the boiling milk.
Turn off the heat and stir the milk. It should curdle and form clumps.
Strain the curdled milk using a sieve or cheesecloth to separate the cheese from the whey.
Place the strained cheese in a food processor or blender.
Add the butter and salt on top of the cheese and start the blender.
At this point, if desired, you can adjust the consistency of the cheese by adding a ladle of whey.
Continue blending until the cream cheese reaches your desired texture.
Transfer the prepared cream cheese to a container and it's ready to be served. Enjoy!
