Simple Homemade Lasagna Recipe | How To Make The Easiest Lasagna Ever

We are sure everyone has their own favorite go-to lasagna recipe, but we would just like to share our version. Aside from the simplicity and availability of ingredients, this lasagna is so flavorful! ????

You'll need

12 lasagna sheets

For the filling;

400 g minced meat
3 tablespoons oil
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups hot water (300 ml)

For the bechamel sauce;

2 tablespoons butter
3 cups milk (600 ml)
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

For the top;
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 cup = 200 ml
