Easy Homemade Very Berry Muffin Recipe ????????

Who can resist a warm homemade muffin? ????????

This delicious berry muffins recipe is incredibly easy to make. You can use the fresh or frozen berries of your choice to make these delicious mixed berry muffins!

You'll need

For the batter;
100 g room temperature butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk (100 ml)
200 g mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries)

For the crumble;
40 g brown sugar
50 g flour
35 g cold butter
A pinch of salt

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

In a mixing bowl, combine room temperature butter, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Beat with a mixer for a few minutes until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour in the milk and beat again until well combined.
Add the flour and baking powder, and mix until the batter is smooth.
Gently fold in the mixed berries with a spatula.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, salt, and cold butter. Use your fingertips to mix until it forms a crumbly texture.
Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
Evenly distribute the batter among the liners. This recipe makes about 12 muffins.
Sprinkle the prepared crumble over the top of each muffin.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
