Homemade Strawberry Lemonade ???????? #recipe

The ingredients for this amazing homemade strawberry lemonade couldn’t be simpler!
You only need following 4 ingredients:

350g frozen strawberries
3 lemons
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 liter water

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

Start by grating the zest of the lemons. Be careful to avoid including the white pith, as it can be bitter.
In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Blend until the strawberries reach a smooth puree consistency.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar with the lemon zest. Use a spatula or spoon to crush the zest into the sugar.
Next, add cold water to the sugar and lemon zest mixture. Give it a few gentle stirs.
Transfer the blended strawberry mixture into the bowl and mix everything together. If you have time, you can let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Finally, strain the lemonade mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
For serving, place ice cubes in glasses and pour the strawberry lemonade over them. Enjoy!
