1 red pepper
1 red onion
1/4 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch dill
1 teaspoon sumac
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
Juice of half a lemon
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
