You’ll need

6 potatoes

For the sauce:
1 onion, grated
2 cloves of garlic, minced
200 ml milk
50 ml oil
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes

Here’s how

1. Mix together 200 ml milk, 1 cube chicken bouillon, 50 ml oil, 1 grated onion, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, thyme, red pepper flakes and ground black pepper.
2. Then add the sliced potatoes to the sauce, stirring until fully coated.
3. Transfer the potatoes to a large baking tray and bake at 200 degrees until the potatoes are tender, about 40 minutes.
4. Serve with ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, cheese sauce, whichever strikes your fancy.
5. Enjoy!
