Ingredients
Salmon fillet
2 tbsp of melted butter
1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh parsley
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper
Preparation
1- In a small bowl, gather 2 tbsp of melted butter, 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp of finely chopped fresh parsley, 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
2- Place a layer of parchment paper on the kitchen counter.
3- Put salmon fillets on top of the parchment paper.
4- Coat the fillets with the dressing.
5- Cover the fillets with the paper and secure the edges by folding inwards.
6- This way salmon fillets will be cooked with their own juice rapidly without a mess.
7- Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated at 200°C.
8- Salmon fillets are ready to serve.
9- Serve with lemon slices on side.
