Turkish Lamb Kabab With Vegetables is a easy Turkish dısh you can make in the oven. No pre cooking, healthy and delicious.
In the recipe ii used lamb meat but you can also use beef. But if you prefer so you should cook the beef in a bit water halfway so it will cook with vegetables easily.
Ingredients:
500gr cubed lamb meat
3 eggplants
3 zuccini (optional)
3-4 potatos
3-4 green pepper
3 tomatos
1 onion
3-5 cloves of garlic
5-6 tbsp olive oil
1tsp salt, red pepper flakes, rosemary
2 tsp orageno
For the sauce:
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 + 1/2 cups hot water
baking paper
aluminium foil
