Simple Potato Crust Pizza ???????? Potato Pan Pizza #recipe

Yes, you can make pizza out of a potato pizza base!
This Potato Crust Pizza is super easy to make. Add your favourite pizza toppings and enjoy as a delicious brunch or lunch. ????????

You'll need

1 potato
2 eggs
1 small tomato
10 slices pepperoni (sucuk)
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sliced black olives
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

Peel and thinly slice 1 potato.
Dice 1 small tomato.
Crack 2 eggs into a suitable bowl.
Add salt and beat the eggs thoroughly. Grate the mozzarella cheese.
In a pan, cook the sliced pepperoni for a few minutes without oil.
In a pan with vegetable oil, arrange the sliced potatoes in order.
Cover the pan and cook the potatoes until they become soft.
Check the potatoes with a fork, then pour the beaten eggs over them.
Add the diced tomatoes, black olives, pepperoni slices, and grated mozzarella cheese. Close the lid of the pan and let it cook.
If you wish, before closing the lid, you can add different spices that you think would enhance the flavor of the pizza.
Once the cheese on top has melted, your pizza is ready to be served. Bon appétit!
