I have a great recipe for potato lovers like me. Easy Potato Gozleme. This is really easy because you don't roll dough and put filling in it. Instead potato is in the dough. You can prepare the dough the night before and cook in the morning. Perfect for quick lunch or breakfast.
Ingredients For Easy Potato Gozleme:
about 3 big potatoes (boiled until somewhat soft, peeled.)
less than 1 tsp or to your desire hot red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
about 1 cup all-purpose flour (don't add all at once)
cornmeal to sprinkle (optional) or flour
butter or olive oil to cook
