Easy to make and beautiful potato cake salad... Also very delicious with various ingredients..
Ingredients
7-8 boiled potatoes
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
salt
2 grated carrots , sliced red cabbage, sautéed in 1-2 tablespoons olive oil separately
1 large sprig of parsley , chopped
cup of fresh Turkish yogurt + optionally mixed with 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
thinly sliced pickles to decorate with parsley leaves, mint , radish , etc.:
