Delicious Sandwich Breads with pockets to fill with your yummy favourite fillings.. Easy to make and fancy looking :)
Ingredients
1 egg white (keep the yolk for top)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp lukewarm milk
about 3-4 cups all purpose flour or half of it whole wheat flour
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sugar
For between the pocket layers about 2 tbsp melted butter
For to topp egg yolk and nigella seeds (optional)
