This mini breads are soft and delicious. The pumpkin or potato puree gives its different texture, color and taste. Easy to make at home and perfect for dinner rolls, sandwich bread and for breakfast
Ingredient for dinner/ sandwich rolls:
About 1/2 cup unsweetened pumpkin or 1 medium potato puree
1 + 1/2 cups lukewarm water and milk mixture (half from both)
1 tbsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
about 3 + 1/2 cups flour (more if needed)
1 cup whole wheat flour (you may use only plain flour too)
1 +1/2 tsp salt
corn meal to sprinkle on pans
