Very easy and delicious bulgur salad. Topped with pomegranate pieces.. Also good for diet. I am back with an easy and delicious salad recipe. 1 cup hot boiling water
big handfull of fresh mint and parsley leafs
1 cucumber, tomato and red bell pepper
