Ingredients For The Beetroot Pasta Salad
1 medium beetroot
2 cups of water
1 cup orzo pasta
1/2 tsp salt
About 1/2 cup or more corn kernels
5-6 pickles
handful of parsley
to taste and season:
olive oil
pomegranate molasses
juice of a half lemon
salt
red pepper flakes
ground sumak (optional)
