Creamy White Cabbage Salad Recipe | Simple & Delicious

Only a few ingredients and so easy to make, this simple white cabbage salad is the perfect side dish for almost any kind of meal. We strongly recommend you trying this salad at least once. ????

You'll need

1/4 head white cabbage
1 tsp salt (to rub cabbage)
2 carrots
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt (for the garlic)
6 tbsp plain yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise

Here's how

Julienne the white cabbage trying to have fine, even strips.
Massage cabbage and salt together until it releases liquid.
Carefully grate the carrots using a grater and add to the bowl.
Sprinkle the garlic cloves with a little salt and smash.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and garlic paste together.
Stir everything together until thoroughly combined.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until needed (up to 2 days).
