Have you ever tried Turkish mosaic cake? ????
This time, we made it in a fancier way—small portions covered with chocolate.
If you’re looking for a cake that requires minimal effort but achieves maximum results, then this is it. ????????????
You'll need
2 packets tea biscuits (400 g)
50 g melted butter
1 1/2 cups milk (300 ml)
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp vanilla sugar
For the base:
160 g white chocolate
1 cup = 200 ml
Here's how
Start by melting the white chocolate using a double boiler. Heat some water in a pot, then place a heatproof bowl over the pot, making sure it doesn’t touch the water.
Add the white chocolate to the bowl and let it melt completely.
Once melted, spread the chocolate evenly over the base of your mold.
Chill the mold in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
For the filling, break the biscuits into small chunks (not too fine) and place them in a large bowl.
Mix in the melted butter, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and chopped walnuts until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the mold and press down gently to smooth it out.
Refrigerate for a few hours to let it firm up.
Once set, remove the dessert from the mold and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
