You'll need
250g tea biscuits
2 apples
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
For the coating:
Dark chocolate
Shredded coconut
1 cup = 200 ml
Here's how
Place the tea biscuits in a food processor and process them until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Peel and core the apples, then grate them using the coarse side of a grater.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated apples, chopped walnuts, powdered sugar, and cinnamon, and mix well.
Add the processed biscuits to the mixture and knead until you get a thick dough.
Take walnut-sized pieces of the dough and roll them between your palms to shape them into balls. With these measurements, you can make about 29-30 apple balls.
Dip the prepared apple balls into melted dark chocolate and then roll them in shredded coconut.
Place the chocolate-covered apple balls in the refrigerator to set quickly.
Once the chocolate coating has hardened, your apple balls are ready to serve. Enjoy!
