No Bake Biscuit Cake with Pudding Recipe | Anyone can make! ????

Layers of biscuits and pudding, topped with desiccated coconut, look stunning when sliced and taste absolutely delicious! ???? Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make! ✨

You'll need

1 1/2 package tea biscuits (225 g)
1 package chocolate pudding mix (145 g)
4 cups milk (800 ml)

For the topping:
Desiccated coconut

1 cup = 200 ml

Here's how

First, pour the chocolate pudding mix into a suitable pot.
Add the milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the pudding thickens. It's important to stir continuously to achieve a smooth texture and prevent the pudding from sticking to the bottom.
Once the pudding has thickened, remove it from the heat. For this recipe, I used pudding that normally requires 750 ml of milk according to the package instructions, but I used an extra quarter cup of milk.
Line a suitable baking dish with a layer of petit beurre biscuits.
Pour one-third of the prepared chocolate pudding over the biscuits and spread it evenly with a spoon.
Add another layer of biscuits over the pudding, then pour and spread another layer of pudding.
Finally, add a third layer of biscuits and cover the entire cake with the remaining pudding. For this recipe, I used a 20x28 cm baking dish. The amount of biscuits needed may vary depending on the size of your dish.
Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the top of the cake.
Refrigerate the biscuit cake for about 2 hours to set.
After chilling, your pudding and biscuit cake is ready to serve. Cut into desired portions and enjoy!
