This delicious pudding cake is an easy dessert that uses simple ingredients and requires very little prep time. ???????? A creamy pudding and soft cake, can’t get much better than that! ????

You'll need

3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
60 ml vegetable oil
2 cups flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder

For the pudding layer;
2 packs chocolate pudding mix
4 cups milk

To soak the cake:
1 cup milk

Desiccated coconut for garnish

1 cup = 200 ml
