Whenever there is a picnic, I am asked to bring this potato salad :) It is super creamy with a blend of mayonnaise and mustard, and very easy to make at home!

Ingredients
4 potatoes
2-3 leaves of lettuce, chopped
4-5 strips of spring onion, chopped

Dressing
6 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of mustard
Salt & pepper

Preparation

1- In a small bowl, combine 6 tbsp of mayonnaise with 2 tbsp of mustard, salt and pepper.
2- In a separate bowl, combine 4 cooked and cut potatoes with the sauce and mix gently.
3- Add finely chopped 4-5 strips of spring onion and 2-3 leaves of chopped lettuce.
4- Mustard potato salad is ready to serve. Enjoy!
