Ingredients

1 egg
2 zucchinis
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese
½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Fresh dill
Salt

Preparation

1- Cut 2 zucchinis in halves and carve the centers with the help of a spoon.
2- Cook the zucchinis in salted boiling water until soften.
3- In a bowl, combine 1 egg with ½ cup of crumbled feta cheese, ½ cup of grated mozzarella cheese, some chopped fresh dill, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, and salt.
4- Place the cooked zucchinis in an ovenware.
5- Stuff the zucchinis with the cheese mixture.
6- Bake in an oven preheated at 190-200 °C until golden brown on top.
7- Zucchini boats with cheese stuffing are ready to serve.
