Master Italian ice cream maker Paolo Predonzan is preparing to take his custom-made gelato to Guangdong Province after winning over the tastes of Hong Kong customers. Paolo and partner Corrado Savazzi, also from Italy, have used Hong Kong as a springboard to launch some 600 different flavours – and counting – under their I SCREAM brand, including Hong Kong speciality, milk tea.
