You'll need
For the pancakes
6 tbsp granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups fresh milk
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 eggs
For the filling
80 g chantilly powder
100 g milk cream
120 ml fresh milk
1 tsp honey
Here's how
1- For the cream filling: Combine 80 gr of chantilly powder with 120 ml of fresh milk, 100 gr of milk cream and 1 tsp of honey. Whisk the mixture until stiff.
2- Refrigerate the cream for 30 minutes.
3- For the pancake buns: Combine and beat 2 eggs with 6 tbsp of granulated sugar.
4- Add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil, 400 ml of fresh milk, 2 tbsp of cacao powder, 2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder, 2 tsp of vanilla sugar and continue beating.
5- Pour the batter on a preheated skillet with a help of a ladle.
6- Fry until a little browned on base and bubbling on top, then flip over and cook the other side.
7- Cook all the batter and let the pancake buns fully cool.
8- To form the burgers: Take one pancake, top with the cream and cover with another pancake.
9- Milky burgers are ready to serve once cooled in the fridge for about 2 hours.
10- Enjoy!
