US activists stage sit-in protest at the New York Times headquarters in Manhattan, accusing the newspaper of “manufacturing consent” for Israel’s genocidal war in Gaza

TRT World filmed several protesters as they were being violently arrested by the police

In the past 12+ months, this is at least the third protest targeting the second most read newspaper in the US, that pro-Palestine activists have renamed the “New York Crimes” for its coverage of Israel’s war crimes committed in Gaza.

Last March, the NYPD arrested at least 124 protesters after a similar protest.
