Social innovation, looking for sustainability: Alessandro Mercuri at TEDxCrocettaSalon

Alessandro Mercuri is a psychologist specialized in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He works in Fondazione Human Plus and coordinates a research team studying human capital and success drivers for innovative start-ups. He cooperates with both Politecnico (Innovation Dept.) and Psychology Dept. in Turin. The Sostenibile.com project was created by Nessuno, no profit organization Alessandro founded in 2006. In the past he worked in HR management for: Confindustria (Bergamo) and in Seat Pagine Gialle Group (Turin). In the last one he introduced an innovative recruiting web portal. He is passionate about innovation and psychology. He was able to combine these interests in one profession.
