Win or Compete?: Alessandro Rignani Lolli at TEDxTransmedia 2014

Alessandro Rignani Lolli is a world record-breaking sportsman. He has been a professional rugby player, a freeclimber, a kitesurfer. In 1992, when he was 19, he became interested in diving and became Dive Master PADI and CMAS instructor (Confédération Mondiale des Activités Subaquatiques.) In 2000, he beat the world record for freshwater freediving by diving down to 61m in lake Gastelgandolfo near Rome. In 2002, he broke the world freediving record by reaching a depth of 88m. Currently Alessandro is focusing on new ethical values in sports.
