South Korea is stepping up aid to Türkiye in the wake of the devastating earthquakes. South Korean lawmakers pledged to donate 3 percent of their income to relief efforts and earlier this week, President Yoon Suk-yeol ordered some ministries to maximise aid efforts. Frank Smith reports.
