Thailand and Cambodia are set to begin high-level talks in Malaysia to bring their border clashes to an end. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says US officials are on the ground to assist in peace efforts. Earlier, Donald Trump spoke to the leaders of the two nations and suggested he would not move forward with trade agreements with either country if the hostilities continued. The fighting, now in its fourth day, has killed at least 34 people and displaced more than 168,000 others. Tommy Walker reports from the Thailand-Cambodia border.
