He graduated in Philosophy of Science at the University of Milan and has been Associate Professor at the Department of Biology of the University of Padua since 2012. He has been Secretary of the Scientific Board and coordinator of Genoa Science Festival since 2003. He is also Director of Pikaia and scientific coordinator of Darwin Day in Milan.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
