Christopher Button is the Associate Director for Planning and Construction at Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. In this role, he leads the planning, design and construction at all levels for the Colleges, and works hard to assure that sustainability is incorporated into these efforts. During TEDx Albany 2013, Chris took the audience on fateful journey with his talk entitled, "The Ghost of Jack Kerouac."

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
