Pepstar is a rapper and producer who comes from the very heart of East London, which in recent years has produced some the UK's most innovative and successful musical talent. For TEDxHousesofParliament he performed his track 'The Time is Now' which features beats created with found sounds from around the historic Houses of Parliament.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
