Ukraine says it has destroyed more than 40 Russian jets in its largest long-range drone attack since the war began. President Volodmyr Zelenskyy has described the strike as 'absolutely brilliant'. It comes just hours before Istanbul hosts a second round of talks to end the fighting. Selina Downes reports.
