Dramatic story of a Dwarf Man with a dwarf who lives in the back streets of Beyoğlu by bartending. The meeting of these two marginal types, excluded by the society, occurs in dark and dirty streets. Dwarf (Mevlüt Demiryay) saves the life of the transvestite (Fikret Kuşkan), who is a real woman, who is attacked by street bums and returns to his home after work. In reality, it is the whistle that the dwarf carries around his neck to protect himself in those dangerous streets and the darkness of the night. After hearing the whistle sounds, the vagabonds escape and take the transvestite home. However, the guest at his home said that when he realized that he was a man with a 'woman', he would be surprised. But an emotional friendship will develop between the dwarf, who continues his life alone and by sharing his loneliness on his balconies with his dogs and his whistle on the neck, and your needle, your hate transvestite. How painful this beautiful friendship is is that the ugly world will last until they finally separate them ...
