Anita Coats is a Southern California native who considers herself first and foremost a storyteller through singing and songwriting. In 2005, Anita began exploring spoken word poetry through the writing of her one-woman show, Choose Love. Her poem, I Must Speak is this multi-faceted artist's exploration of how the inner calling to share her work has deeply impacted her life.
