This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. At TEDxULB, Jeffrey talks about the concept of Anticonventional thinking (ACT). ACT is a new creative thinking model based on how creative minds have really worked ever since the first human painted on a cave wall.

Jeffrey Baumgartner is an author who speaks and holds workshops on creativity and innovation at all kinds of organizations around the world, from Genetech, a leading biotechnology company in the USA, to the government of Dubai. He is the co-founder of the Brussels Imagination Club, an international group who meet regularly to run experimental workshops on a variety of topics.

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
