Graham Boettcher is the William Cary Hulsey Curator of American
Art at the Birmingham Museum of Art. An expert in American fine and decorative arts made before 1945, Graham lectures and writes widely on the subject of American art.

TEDxBirmingham 2014 - "Rediscover the Magic" - was held on March 1, 2014 at UAB's Alys Stephens Center in Birmingham, Alabama. 15 speakers plus several artistic performers spread their ideas with cross-disciplinary mix of attendees from the Magic City, ranging from civic and business leaders to professionals, educators, technologists, and artists. TEDxBirmingham -- like all TEDx events -- is an independent, volunteer effort. It is not organized for political reasons, monetary reward, or personal gain.
