Comedy Has Rhythm?: Dave James at TEDxWestChester

Dave has been a multimedia host and entertainer for the past 20 years. From Broadcast Radio/Television, the stage or creating groundbreaking Internet programming, Dave has entertained millions of people on a daily basis all across America. Dave is originally from Alabama and very proud of his southern heritage and considers the many evenings of his youth spent on the back porch with his father sharing stories, his first formal training to becoming a national entertainer. Currently Dave is pursuing his love of photography and is the owner of David James Photography located in Chester County, PA. His artwork has won awards at the Chester County Art Association and is also on permanent display at his mother's house . . . in the spare bedroom. Dave is the proud husband of Tammy and even prouder father of his daughter Skyler and son Austin.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
