In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Jessica Jackley is a social entrepreneur and crowdfunding pioneer focused on empowering entrepreneurs via access to capital. She is the cofounder of Kiva, and ProFounder, and a Venture Partner at Collaborative Fund. She is also the mother of twin boys. Jessica sailed as a student on Semester at Sea in spring 1999.
