Creating a highly conflictive meeting place: Jeronimo Valdes at TEDxGtöteborg

Jeronimo is a multifaceted artist in a quest to apply his visions in Göteborg. Finally he has found a nest for them at a coffee place at a local flee market. Now he is dedicated to create what he calls an cultural-eco-lab, a recycling station for industrial wasted food, outcast social characters and foreign cultures, "a highly conflictive meeting place". After years of dumpster diving for food and arranging underground culture events he is ready to recycle himself and jump in to a social transformation under self efficiency values.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
