Hayford SIAW is the founder of Volunteer Partnerships for West Africa, a social enterprise that is leading indigenous internship and volunteer placement organization in West Africa. He is a Change Leader of the Reach for Change incubation program and a Goodwill Ambassador of the World NGO Day. He has led consortiums on varied development projects and is frequently sought for consultation by governments and development organizations within and outside the continent
