Amy founded Stanton & LLC with the belief that there remains untapped potential in the marketing world, particularly in terms of the marketing and promotion of female athletes, lifestyle experts, women's brands, and brands in the organics and naturals space. Since 2006, when the company opened its doors, S&Co has built a roster of exceptional athletes in various sports as well as various top experts in the health and wellness space. In addition to representation, S&Co consults for various companies and brands in the healthy, active lifestyle space, working to build platforms, content and programs that will create real impact and results.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
