Dr. Parameswaran, leads one of India's largest advertising agencies, DraftFCB Ulka- the third oldest extant advertising agency in the world. An engineer from IIT Madras and MBA from IIM Calcutta, he also completed his PhD from Mumbai University in 2012. Ambi has authored/co-authored six books on topics ranging from brand building and advertising to consumer behavior.


In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
