The Internet of Things (IoT) requires both hardware and software and Hong Kong is the “perfect place” to develop, design and promote such technologies, says Mark Palfreeman, a Hong Kong-based exhibitor at the HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) 2015. Mr Palfreeman says his company has been “blown away” by interest in its WiFi photoframe app. IoT products have been featured in a new zone at this year’s fair.
