Do you ever dance and move to a beat in your own head? What if you could wear clothing that let others hear the beat along with you as you moved? With wearable technology, Machina is working towards this goal. Utilizing technology from 3D printing and motion capture, Machina's hope for the future of clothing is one designed specifically for the wearer, to help not only increase style and comfort, but health and self-awareness.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
