Lisa's talk will inspire college students to take committed action in their lives through sharing her extraordinary transformational change. Lisa believes that shifting the way we think about ourselves and take action through concepts of self-care, intention, love, vulnerability, and accountability will lead to extraordinary social change.

Bio- Lisa is a passionate life coach dedicated to promoting social change through self-love, positive thinking, and active visioning. She has been speaking about her personal "journey to wellness" for the past three years and is excited about the opportunity to continue to spread the message of self-care, love, vulnerability, accountability, gratitude, abundance, and intention to college students.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
